Returns & Refunds Policy

At Igbo – Mrinesh Associates, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure all products are checked carefully before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Eligible Return Conditions

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product leakage or packaging damage
  • Missing items in the order

Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after the allowed period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Customized or bulk mixed chemical orders
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited through:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI
    • Original payment method

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products:

  • Replacement products will be dispatched at no additional cost.
  • Subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • For other cases, customers may need to bear return courier charges.
